Just got done with a wash, clay bar, polish, wax, and rain-x on my brother’s Grand Am. Full detail I guess that would be. Including the interior, which I’m really bad about never doing on my own car.
The car turned out really forkin’ nice.
Cleanest Grand Am ever? Quite possibly. It shined up really nice for something with 163k miles of paint abuse. The amount of nasty the clay bar took out was kinda gross. Same with what the Spot Shot took out of the back seat carpets... *shudder*
I’m now being forced to do my mom’s car next weekend. I need to start charging for this.

I still don’t believe there wasn’t a time machine involved in the acquisition of that car.

The Ram Air hood is ugly tho.
Plus all those have been bought by broteens and trashed with bolt on mods because they think they’re driving a firebird.

Nooooo I guess not only the hondas got hit with the Fast and Furious disease. :(

If anything pontiacs in general get it worse than Hondas, at least here. Hondas cost more to buy and don’t look as “sporty” as pontiacs from this time period do.

What does the clay bar do?

Takes contaminates out if the paint. Little chunks of metal or other road debris, stuff too small for normal soap and water to wash off, it takes it out. Makes the paint feel smooth as a baby's bottom.

I wish I had the ability to do that kind of thing with anyone else's cars but my own.

More than likely.

I don’t even know if they were this clean when they left the dealer lot.
